Executive Service
What is it?
The Executive Service includes a series of services, which can be used
by the purchaser buying a property through us for free during one year.
The purchaser receives a declaration of obligation of Classic Estates
S.L. in writing with the signature of the contract.
Which services are included in the Executive Service?
- Chauffeur and limousine service, the picking up and taking back between
the airport and the new property.
- Arrangement of services for the house, garden and pool maintenance.
- Changing over or contraction of electricity and telephone
- Office, secretarial and translation service
- Help with local authorities
- Recommendations for lawyers and tax advisors.
- Recommendations for doctors and hospitals.
- Changeover of vehicles.
- Monitoring and supervision of renovation and building work –
asking for estimates.
- Booking and reservation service for:
- Green fee Booking /Teetimes
- Rental cars and yacht charter
- Restaurants and events
After a year the client decides if and which services he would like to
take advantage of in the future and will receive an estimate with a monthly
fee for the services required.
Should the client not require the services any more, we will still be
there for him with our advice.
