The co-operation concept “Member of the Classic Estates
Network” is aimed at the marketing of properties on Majorca
by independent estate agents and agencies, already operating in a certain
area or country. The possibility to present selected properties on Majorca,
combined with a service concept for their clients, represents an extension
of their present offer.
The company Classic Estates S.L. offers selected, high quality properties
like Apartments, villas, fincas (country houses) and plots all over Majorca.
The differentiation to the market lies in the form of presentation of
the properties on offer by digital presentation, enabling a detailed impression
of the property even before a viewing and providing the client with the
possibility to intensively experience the property after the viewing.
Classic Estates helps the client profiling the property of their dreams
in detail. As far as the important and increasingly complex theme of Law
and tax construction is concerned, Classic Estates provides a selection
of publications by various experts, giving the client a comprehensive
and understandable overall view of these issues and providing the possibility
to successfully deal with them in conjunction with recommended experts
here or at home. In order to provide a trouble-free year in the new property,
Classic Estates remains at the clients disposal with a comprehensive service
product, the Executive Service.
The right to take advantage of this free service during the first year
is granted in writing to the client with the signature of the title deeds
in front of the notary. The co-operation agreement establishes in writing
that partners of Classic Estates receive immediate client’s registration
upon notification in writing of the potential client’s name. The
partner receives 30% of the commission received by Classic Estates from
the vendor in case of a sale. Classic Estates will as well run searches
in case of demands of properties not listed. Such searches are dealt with
within five working days.
In support of the sales activities the partner has the following
material at his disposal:
- Folder
- Exposés
- Brochures
- Publications in relation with law and tax issues
- General information about “Living on Majorca”
- DVD´s about Majorca and property
- Constantly up-dated listings
With the co-operation agreement the partner will enter an exclusive relationship
with Classic Estates for an initial duration of one year as far as the
intermediation of Majorca properties is concerned. The agreement can be
prolonged each year. The partner will be listed as a “Member
of the Classic Estates Network” on the internet and internationally
marketed under this name. In case of sales orders by clients returning
to Germany from Majorca Classic Estates is obliged to recommend the regional
partner to the client and to inform the partner about the client. Further
more the “Classic Estates Network” is intended
as a platform for a national and international co-operation with other
members in relation with property sales and enquiries. The issue of splitting
commissions in such joint ventures will be dealt with directly between
the partners. Classic Estates does only provide the platform for co-operation
but will not demand participation in the commissions. |
