All of the properties offered by us have been checked by various criteria and been approved of. We decline approximately 40% of the properties offered to us due to various reasons. Previous check of quality is an essential part of our work.

For the advice in relation with a purchase we offer you the possibility of a selective pre-check of properties that might be interesting for you by our comprehensive documentation and object presentation.

After that selective pre-check we can take you on specific viewings of properties which fulfil your requirements and you will not have to ask yourself during the viewing „What am I doing here? “ „ Why is this person taking me here? “
